Group Visit Request

Bring your student groups to bet36365体育 so they can experience the Loper Life for themselves!

Group visits include:

• Admissions session (information on admission requirements, timelines, financial aid, student life, housing, etc.)
• Guided tour (75-minute walking tour of campus including first-time freshman residence halls)
• Optional lunch in The Graze, our main buffet-style dining hall ($8.11 per student w/ minimum guaranteed)
• Other informational sessions can be arranged by request: (Disability Services, TRiO, Office of Intercultural Engagement and Leadership, Military-connected, etc.)

We require 1 chaperone per 10 students and can accommodate 1 group per time slot per day.

Parking: parking is provided free of charge in lots near the union for regular-sized vehicles and vans; and buses can park in a lot north of campus.

Lunch: If you are eating on campus, we will require a form 13 to be eligible for tax exemption and require a 24-hour advance “minimum guaranteed number of meals.” This is the minimum number of meals for which you will be charged on the invoice following your visit, so we encourage you to plan accordingly, given some students might be sick or unable to attend at the last minute.
